The Wedding Planning Service covers all aspects of organising your event; from the initial planning stages of finding the perfect venue, to sourcing all suppliers, creating the design concept through to making sure every last details is in place on your special day. This service is for the client  who would like the expertise  and full support of a professional planner to ensure their event, far exceeds their expectations without the stress and time constraints of organising it by themselves.

Cost: We offer a fees structured to individual requirements, as you can expect to pay between 13% -15% of the overall budget spend (a minimum fee applies).

For events and Weddings with large budgets we are always happy to agree a fixed price.

We provide our client with a realistic spend summary to ensure you are on track during the planning process. We also give our clients a clear and accurate timescale of tasks carried out by our team to deliver on your request.

Venue Sourcing Process

Aspire Celebrations provides a list of Venues to suites the location of your event, plus  pre-arranging viewing times of Venues chosen by our client from the list provided by us for our clients.

Personalised administration and Sourcing of suppliers

Whatever suppliers you require Aspire Celebrations will provide you with list of all the attribute that will completes your special event i.e. Cake designer/maker, Photographer, Videographer, florist, live music, DJ, Master of Ceremonies (Toast Master), transportation & Catering. All our suppliers are truly professional.  We also take of the all the administration relating to the managing and scheduling of activities for prompt payment to suppliers and vendors for your special event.

Event day management

We’ll manage the day of the event, ensuring that every item on the day is situated in the correct order, meaning you don’t have to worry about a thing, as you’ll leave matters into our hands, whilst you get on with celebrating your special day, if something does go wrong your planner will ensure that issue is resolved in a professional and controlled manner.

Creativity & Styling

At Aspire Celebrations we use our wealth of resources to provide our clients with creative ideas that are unique and totally bespoke to suit their vision of how their special day will look like. This comes in the form of suggestions, based on; table setting arrangement, events colour theme, furniture, glassware and corkage
